Check Your Eligibility
Many Indiana Medicaid (IHCP) members and Medicare Advantage plan holders qualify for non-emergency medical transportation at little or no out-of-pocket cost. Call us or visit our Insurance & Eligibility page to find out if your coverage includes transportation benefits.
Tip: Have your Medicaid or insurance card handy when you call — it speeds up the verification process.
Schedule Your Ride
Contact us by phone or submit a ride request online. We will need your name, pickup address, destination, appointment date and time, and insurance information. We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
Tip: For recurring trips like dialysis or therapy, we can set up a standing schedule so you never have to call each time.
We Confirm Your Booking
Once your ride is scheduled, our team confirms all the details — pickup time, destination, and any special instructions. We coordinate around your appointment time so you arrive with time to spare and are not left waiting after.
Tip: We will call you the day before your appointment to confirm your pickup time and answer any questions.
Your Driver Arrives
Your driver arrives at your door at the scheduled time in a clean, comfortable vehicle. Our drivers are trained to assist ambulatory passengers — they will help you to and from the vehicle with patience and care.
Tip: You do not need to wait outside. Our drivers will come to your door to let you know they have arrived.
Safe Ride to Your Appointment
Sit back and relax. Your driver will take you directly to your medical facility, walk you in if needed, and confirm your return pickup time so you have a ride home waiting when you are done.
Tip: Let us know if you need a return trip — we can schedule your ride home at the same time as your pickup.
Safe Ride Home
When your appointment is finished, your driver will be there to take you home. We monitor appointment times and stay flexible so you are never stranded waiting for a ride.
Tip: If your appointment runs long, just call us and we will adjust your pickup time at no extra charge.
